We know switching to a new healthcare model can feel like a big step. Here’s what you need to know about how direct primary care works, what’s included, and why it might be the best choice for you.
“So… you don’t take insurance? How does that even work?”
Correct! And that’s what makes this model work so well. By cutting out insurance, we can focus on you—not billing codes, paperwork, or approval hoops. Your monthly membership covers your primary care needs, and you can still use insurance for things like specialists, hospital visits, or major procedures.
“What about medications, labs, or tests?”
You can still use your insurance for these services. However, we also have special agreements with LabCorp and Inland Imaging that offer discounted pricing.
“What if I hardly ever go to the doctor?”
You don’t have to be sick to benefit from direct primary care. Your membership includes preventive care, check-ins, and urgent care needs.
“I have great insurance. Why would I pay for this?”
Even with insurance, getting an appointment with a traditional primary care provider can take weeks. Your visits are rushed, and there's no promise you won't get a surprise bill you weren't expecting.
